After Tungurahua, we moved forward to the second area, Pastaza. We went butterflying around Mera and Puyo where altitude was about 1000 to 1200 meters. Due to continuous bad weather, the road condition was very bad. Luckily, we found our main targets Asterope degandii and Agrias amydon, with Asterope leprieuri as the bonus.
